Avantages
great discount, good products, good customers, good coworkers, ability to use different products to complete solution. elfa is constantly evolving.
Inconvénients
New optimization scheduling. I am available 40 hours week, scheduled 16 and sent home for 2 4- hour shifts. Very difficult to look forward to working when I am quite sure I will be sent home. Celebrations have become Sellabrations. Sales training can not be read from a photocopy to insure accurate information dissemination. And it is difficult to sell when there are few employees who are being paged to go to the register.
