      Avantages

      This place is the greatest place to work. I never thought I would ever be in retail but I applied on a whim and have fallen in love. The people are awesome and the management truly cares about you as a person! The Container Store has to be one of the greatest places to work, and guess what Fortune Magazine agrees!!

      Inconvénients

      I have worked The Container Store for 8 months and haven't had one thing that I have an issue with!!

      Their business, benefits and products are all incredible.

      My position did not allow for a healthy work/life balance. I was never "off".

      Decent pay for the most part

      Inconvénients

      No raises, no bonuses, as an IC doing every other department is more important. Lots of forced overtime at the last minute.
