      Avantages

      Great training, support, fantastic co-workers, interesting product. Safety first, lots of respect for doing things well.

      Inconvénients

      Little to no opportunity for advancement. I did see a couple of promotions internally, but for the most part the strategy seems to be to identify external candidates. There certainly is no clearly defined career development plan - a huge draw back.
