      Avantages

      The Container Store is a place that values its employees even more than our customers. We know that if we take care of our employees first with excellent benefits, pay, and training, all of the other aspects of our business will fall into place.

      Inconvénients

      No real downsides to working at The Container Store except for the typical weekend busy days of a retail establishment.

      My position did not allow for a healthy work/life balance. I was never "off".

      Decent pay for the most part

      Inconvénients

      No raises, no bonuses, as an IC doing every other department is more important. Lots of forced overtime at the last minute.
