Avantages
For a retailer, TCS pays well & there are many different kinds of shifts so people with other full-time jobs can usually fit TCS into their schedule. Great employee discount. Many of the employees do other things, as well, so you can meet a variety of interesting people with varied backgrounds.
Inconvénients
Management is very condescending & there are a lot of ridiculous "Type A's" who work at TCS. I'm all for doing a great job, but there are so many rules and policies that make absolutely no sense & kick the morale right out of you. TCS pays better than most retailers, but they also expect their employees to jump through hoops to work there. The pace is furious, the hours long & if you want performance feedback-- 9 times out of 10, you're going to hear how you did something wrong.
