this company has drastically gone down hill in the last 2 years! the container store use to pride its self on an employee first foundation but that has long sense gone, its now all about pushing sales to pay for the very expensive tcs closets they rolled out 2 years ago that no one wants to buy. Manager sit in their office all day "writing reports" and ignoring the chaos on the sales floor. employees are overwork and under appreciated. customers become frustrated with the lack of employees and help on the sales floor and in turn take it out on the first employee they see. Trucks are almost impossible to finish we sometime only have a team of 7-10 people to unload a 2,700 + cube truck. employees are exhausted and are expected to do unsafe amounts of work.
