      Avantages

      great discount and the part-time employees are wonderful. I felt like I got loads of training so I was able to best help customers pretty quickly. I love the customers and enjoy helping them organize their lives.

      Inconvénients

      full-time team looks down on the part-time members. The schedule is posted 3 days out and is difficult to change. You are expected to not needed time of on days you are normally not scheduled just in case they need you.

      My position did not allow for a healthy work/life balance. I was never "off".

      Decent pay for the most part

      Inconvénients

      No raises, no bonuses, as an IC doing every other department is more important. Lots of forced overtime at the last minute.
