      Flexible schedules Mother Textron pays for your schooling (this is capped at a certain point per year) Matrix management (can be good and bad) Decent pay

      Inconvénients

      Mimnimal work that is challenging and that you can really be proud of Shady hiring and firing practices Leadership contradicts themselves all the time, typical nowadays though anyways
