      Good mission to make useful products. Workforce was well compensated and benefits were good.

      Inconvénients

      Slow moving decision process. Poor strategy did not migrate down to actionable business plans for sectors. Corporate decision makers were ruled by Wall Street investors and did not see long term strategic investment opportunities.
