Avantages

Pay is decent. They don’t try to control every aspect of your work life. Yearly bonus, up to 20% of your salary.

Inconvénients

First, and most important, they’ve stopped caring about their employees. If you’re a new hire, your only health insurance option is a high deductible plan. If you started before they cut out real and decent insurance, you are grandfathered in to the old insurance plans. But they are starting to cut out those insurance plans slowly but surely. If you’ve never had a high deductible plan, they are absolutely terrible if you are not in perfect health. A billion dollar company setting record earnings yearly along with major corporate tax cuts recently and they can’t afford decent insurance for their employees? My other issue is that the corporate culture panders to the lowest common denominator for their employees. There are no rewards for being an excellent employee and going above and beyond. You are given the same raises and bonuses as those doing just barely enough to not get fired. There are no consequences for those workers and they continue to do a terrible job and barely work. This brings all those with a modicum of a work ethic down to their level. It doesn’t take a genius to realize this brings the entire company as whole down.

Avantages

Great learning opportunity, would recommend to new college grads Above average pay for the industry Very friendly colleagues who want to transfer knowledge WLB is team dependent

Inconvénients

Team has reduced to 1/3 of original size in less than 2 years, but BU is mostly hiring in India Refuses to hire externally in US (only internal reqs) to fill roles lost from attrition, instead management dumps responsibilities on rest of team members (with no pay raise to match) Management refused to address 2025 layoffs, employee morale is very low Limited mobility and (capped) yearly performance bonus Restructured profit sharing to effectively be a pay cut (-7%) Unclear job description, constantly changing priorities, management is out of touch with employees Innovation isn't emphasized, new products are mostly IP re-use Employee burn-out common Definite decline in work culture since 2023 RSU vesting schedule is bad (4 years)
