      Flexibility, responsibility at an early stage, low politics, good learning curve which helps for your career and recognition for doing good work

      Inconvénients

      Changes happening very frequently which might be a challenge for some people to adopt, if you could keep up with the changes then a good company to work for and you can have long career here

      very flexible with rotational program. They really care about each employee.
