      Not a great company for work to life balance. Work comes first, always.

      very flexible with rotational program. They really care about each employee.

      Not very remote friendly. Some times can feel like a cog in the machine.

      Poor mentorship from management, lack of clear instructions, advocating for self can be seen as not aligning with expectations
