Perspective commerciale
Avantages
Provide basic training to new staff, not treating new joiner as if they already know everything and just left them without guidance. Colleagues are friendly. They also provide CTFL but you need to bond with them for one year.
Inconvénients
Epf and socso not paid. It's contract for service agreement anyway; not contract of service so you cannot fight further this matter at JTK or EPF. Resignation notice quite long which is 3 months even for lowest position in the company.
