Terraphase is a technically excellent firm, with a great reputation in the industry and a diverse client base. Terraphase is still small enough to be nimble for its clients and employees, but has many of the resources of a large company. The company is for those who want an opportunity for leadership and upward mobility.

Terraphase is currently going through a growth phase, growing pains are to be expected. I wouldn’t call this a con, but Terraphase is not for those who lack drive or ambition. Also not a con for some: There is nowhere to hide if you are interested in doing the bare minimum.
