Avantages

Company car and gas card. Car can be driven for personal use! Uniforms paid for. Most of your leads are generated for you. Most of your management cares about their employees.

Inconvénients

Low base pay. Made it harder to earn commission. Based on a bucket system. Long days and weeks. Avg 50-70 hrs per week in busy season. Have to work most Saturdays. Call sessions Tuesdays and Thursdays most weeks. 8/10 reps would make more money if they got paid hourly when you look at how many hours you work. Most of your leads generated from the call center are terrible, fake leads.

Take home work truck and okay benefits.

Inconvénients

we used to get a couple days off the end of the month to help recoup, but that's gone now Also Employees are pressured to submit sales leads or risk being scheduled for mandatory Saturday shifts. Stops are often completed early in the system to improve performance metrics, creating inaccurate reporting. This leaves fewer scheduled services for the following month, forcing employees to scramble to find additional stops just to meet their production goals.
