Avantages
Work life balance. Opportunity to work with a MNC with a outstanding Product 'Teradata' that ruled it's domain ( RDBMs) for decades. Choices to work in On-prem, enterprise or Lake teams, in Engineering, SRE, managed services, Operations or Service delivery. Teradata Cloud offerings are available as SaaS. Less politics and healthy working environment as compared to other Product and services companies in Permanent WFH in most of the Projects.
Inconvénients
Started bit late in Cloud race and lost the early birds advantage, but trying their best to catch up and able to cope up as well. Not many onsite opportunities.Consolidated their Mumbai and Pune offices , thus limited office space and infrastructure but at the same time permanent WFH options. Head count and revenue growth is slow but steady in last couple of years.
