Avantages
Many good professionals, friendly atmosphere and people willing to help.
Inconvénients
Very stressful due to high levels of workload and lack of resources, high rate of employees rotation. There is no much flexibility in customer service department. More availability of remote working would contribute to motivate employees and keep them, but still working on hybrid model.
