Some people are fantastic to work with, others really need to learn some human interaction skills and let go of their ego's.

Pay is well below market. Management (generally speaking) is completely and utterly clueless. Their mentality is a "resources" and "bench" mentality. Even those on a salary are treated as an hourly resource and you are only as good as the current project you are assigned to. If you have no project, they will panic and it won't be long before you are let go (yes, even those on a full-time salaried position). Their approach to landing deals is bizarre. They will turn down a deal (regardless if strategically it would be a big win for the company portfolio) simply because it isn't enough money (even if the revenue is what the market rate is for that type of project). Teleca has an overinflated sense of self-worth that is not deserved and quite frankly, the work coming out of the India and Russian offices is sub-par at best and typically has to be redone before presenting to a client (which is where the profit margins are lost). The delivery organization is beyond broken due to poor leadership. They simply don't have a good grasp on how to run a business in the US.
