      Avantages

      flexible timings ( because of most work at client locations only) what they offering is clear, no mess up in offer letter (compared to other companies)

      Inconvénients

      what ever they said at the time of giving offer,is not guaranteed(Everything is depend upon the project ) no in house projects depend on the client,you need to change your technical competency no clear technical growth depend on the client , some times you have to over work (with out extra pay)

      Avantages

      One of the chances to get job in USA for those from other countries due to international affiliates other the world. Company is mostly doing corp-to-corp business in SW development / maintenance. Standard benefits, not bad medical and 401K packages.

      Inconvénients

      Salary rate is a little lower than average of the market. The level of bureaucracy is sometime annoying. HR work is not satisfied. Lately the global management was changed, many re-organizations happened and it looks like the things are also getting worse.
