      Avantages

      - Very good atmosphere in general, nice staff - Very good organization - Interesting job, especially when you are new to the job - For those who like that: nice and fast moving market - Not too unfair salary (or maybe I'm not demanding at all)

      Inconvénients

      - career prospects pretty limited - staff turnover could be lower - located in the middle of nowhere, would be a nightmare without a car

      Man versucht Familienzusammenhalt. Geschäftsleitung bemüht

      Inconvénients

      Den kleinen wird nicht zugehört. Der direkte Vorgesetzte macht Schönwetter und wenn es nicht so klappt, das er gut dasteht, werden die Mitarbeiter bedroht. Dann kommen die Sprüche mit Abmahnung, ich warne dich usw.

      internationales Team auch Branchenfremde/Quereinsteiger willkommen Deutschkenntnisse nicht zwingend erforderlich

      Inconvénients

      massive Fluktuation im Team und Führungspositionen hire and fire Mentalität kein Job zur persönlichen Entwicklung oder langfristigen Perspektive nur mit dem Auto wirklich gut zu erreichen
