10yThank you for your review! We have increased our size in employees, business units, and acquisitions, so it is great to hear that our company has maintained that small company vibe that you speak of.
In the last 10 years, we have attained 4 new business units. That’s a lot! Every day, our employees work diligently within their business units to improve capabilities, and innovate new ideas, plans, and execution of business. However, we recognize that “fragmented-culture” does exist in some ways, but we are making strong strides to cultivate the Telamon name, and continuously improve our efforts as one unified organization. We welcome any additional feedback as we make more profound initiatives in developing our organization further.
