      Avantages

      Very unique and genuine approach. The team truly makes an effort to build rapport with every employee and the company sets realistic goals (unlike other firms I've worked for in the past). They foster a welcoming environment and they encourage us to have a work-life balance as well as personal growth outside of work. I highly recommend!

      Inconvénients

      base, but the commission is great.

      Avantages

      -Tailored Intern Experience. They care about your experience as an intern and want to make sure you get the most out of it as possible. You can choose what skills you want to develop and they'll give you projects to work on that will help build those skills -Values my opinion. Leadership is transparent and open-minded. Even as an intern they always encouraged me to speak my mind and give honest feedback.

      Inconvénients

      -No cons. Great company overall.
