      experience startup environment and cakes to celebrate birthdays.

      Inconvénients

      got to listen to less useful direction and ideas. heated meetings all the time.

      Avantages

      The company is relatively new so all ideas are welcomed and great colleagues to work with. It is a great place to work if you enjoy a slow paced working environment.

      Inconvénients

      Poor management style. It's either very micro managing or zero management with lack of mentorship. Need to be able to endure the constant change of decision made by managers.
