      Avantages

      - As long as you get contacts to customers completed, you have a relatively large amount of freedom to decompress between calls or emails. - Leadership can be very helpful.

      Inconvénients

      - If you fall behind with a resolution, it can be very hard to recover - remote is hybrid and some might not like that - can sometimes be rough customers, but they are mostly business clients.

      Avantages

      The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

      Inconvénients

      Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
