      Avantages

      Micromanagement is good to a small extent especially for entry level employees but very demotivating to senior employees

      Minor errors are severely punished with instant warning letters without due process,

      Avantages

      The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

      Inconvénients

      Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
