      Avantages

      It allows you to grow, to learn and become a better version of yourself. It has support benefits that allows you to learn and become more Technological savvy. It has several departments, that allows you to learn more and more about the business

      Inconvénients

      Been from the west side of the country and having both sites on the east, does not help with the commute.

      Thank you for leaving a review. We understand traffic in Costa Rica is not easy for a commute. We are introducing several changes this year in terms of facilities. We constantly look for options to increase our footprint in the country and are considering an expansion into the west side. Stay tuned for upcoming townhalls and news.       Avantages

      The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

      Inconvénients

      Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
