      Avantages

      If you're looking for a place to get started in IT, go for it. You'll learn anything and everything needed for the job and your team will always be there to support you. Additionally, you can always look into getting certified by using the knowledge acquired

      Inconvénients

      No overtime pay even though it's pretty much a requirement for the job.

      Avantages

      The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

      Inconvénients

      Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
