      Avantages

      There are many pros of working at the company, you tend to expand your expertise on Microsoft 365, Azure or Dynamics/Microfocus.

      Inconvénients

      Cons -> The Income is way too low -> The pressure on the job is overwhelming -> Lack of empathy thou

      Avantages

      The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

      Inconvénients

      Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
