      Avantages

      The company doesn't expect employees to be fully active in the first 3 months, which is good in my opinion.

      Inconvénients

      There is no growth outside of management and minimal salary increases when becoming a senior.

      Avantages

      The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

      Inconvénients

      Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
