      Once experience is gathered, it is common for better opportunities to arise for individuals.

You have described our target market very well – we are looking for people with aptitude and interest in the technical industry, and we’re willing to train you what you need to know to be successful.       Avantages

      The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

      Inconvénients

      Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
