      Low salaries , no opportunities for career growth , management is not able to take decisions, too many business processes to follow, lack of freedom to take decisions, no team buildings and other social benefits

      Avantages

      The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

      Inconvénients

      Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
