      Avantages

      Supportive colleagues and great team spirit make collaboration enjoyable. There are many opportunities for learning and growth if you’re personally committed to developing yourself. The work environment encourages ownership and responsibility.

      Inconvénients

      Leadership isn’t always in touch with what happens at the team level, which can make employees feel unseen. Some development opportunities depend too heavily on individual initiative rather than structured organizational support.

      Avantages

      The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

      Inconvénients

      Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
