Avantages
There are a few reasons why I love working here.. 1) being able to advocate for the arts and to remind people on how vital the arts are in our communities. 2) I create my own schedule. Staff have minimum requirements to make (20hrs/wk, 4 shifts/wk) but are able to change from week to week, I can work from 20-40 hours as long as I am focused and performing. Having this flexibly is important to me since I am a student as well. 3) Pay. Base pay + commission and being able to push myself to increase my base pay every quarter. 4) The people. It's a smaller company where you are able to get close and meet some unique personalities.
Inconvénients
There is a lot of pressure to meet your numbers, but it is a sales environment so that should be a given.
