      Sylvester Jr. once he completely take over.

      Inconvénients

      Sylvester Sr. Jack A… hard to sit down and have a conversation with. Out of touch and needs to retire.

      Avantages

      This is a company that has had some tough times but their heart is in the right place. They care about delivering good customer service. Seems like they’re headed in a good direction with new supervisor and Sly seems like a good guy.

      Inconvénients

      Have had some issues with staffing which can make it hard/add pressure to the job. But pressure makes diamonds.
