Great starting pay. Employee discount and benefits. Merchandise is amazing, beautiful and fun to work with. Guest response to the new look is positive.
Inconvénients
If you are an experienced VM this position will more than likely drive you mad. It's new for Target. Their idea for VM core roles are constantly changing. The hours and roles are not typical to most VM positions in other retail stores.
