Progressive retail environment with typical work/life issues. - Avis employé ETL-HR Target

Working in a retail environment is challenging from a work/life balance perspective, and Target is no exception. I felt that the expectations placed on the "Executive Team Leaders", given the resources available, were unrealistic. It was condescending to me to be rated red, yellow or green on how a bulletin board looked when we were in the midst of losing our store manager.
