Avantages

Part of the reason I have stayed with Target over the years, are your team members. You make alot of great friends. That's what makes it hard to leave. That is also what makes it bearable some days. I have a great Team Leader, who is fair, and works hard. Organization in how they do things is better than most employers. ie: new co. policies, corporate roll-outs, store resets, merchandising.

Inconvénients

Lack of respect for the team members ie: If your working with someone, and they're not pulling they're weight"you have the right to tell your team member that they need to pick up the pace", " We don't like to see slow walking, you need to walk faster to get from point A to point B" Different policies done differently at our store compared to other stores. But it's said we do things the way the company says. If there company policies everyone should be doing the same thing. Managements attitude...I don't care what others stores do. Lots of policies are done by STL, personal choices, not corporate.
