      There isn’t any pros aside from the pay being higher than others

      Everything they’re racist, they retaliate, they make your work ethic feel useless, they also see every employee as a category to fill based on race, sexuality, and disability.

      -Pay Range $90-$120K -Schedule= every other weekend off

      Inconvénients

      -Don't have Career development program to teach & allow employees to promote within the company. -Company waste costing $= Signage, resetting constantly VMGs/Planograms & Leadership ownership of areas/work unbalanced
