Avantages
Co-workers are great, very funny environment, you will become good friends with people in your department, regardless of background, it really isn't a hard job, and if you know how to deal with the bad customers there's nothing that will ruin your day.
Inconvénients
Management however is really bad, there are under qualified, many fail to do their responsibilities and that gets passed on to whoever is under them. Target has many policies that helps manage problems like that, but those policies are not followed in this store. There fail to your 90 day review, and there's no way to grow inside of the company. They do not treat workers like adults, but instead choose to talk down to them, and demand jobs that are humanly impossible. They also fail to train you but still expect you to do things.
