Avantages
Target is very flexible with employees who are in school or have other jobs. When issues arise with scheduling they are usually resolved very quickly in order to accomodate your needs as well as the needs of the store. Everyone is treated fairly and given opportunites to excel and promote when available. They are very fair and do not choose favorites but rather choose who is most capable of the job in question. I am very proud to list Target as my employer and recommend it as a great place to work to build one's character and make lifelong friends. As long as you're willing to work hard, it's also a very fun place to be on a daily basis.
Inconvénients
Sometimes you will have to work with other employees who may not have the same attitude towards things as you do and have clashing personalities. A lot of times these differences can be resolved but what I find works best is just to avoid all contact with such person as possible. Obviously you will have to communicate as you are part of a team but keep as short and civil as possible and it will be just fine.
