      Very lenient in terms of availability to work (student at the time) A lot of volunteer opportunities within the community Ability to network with people within the store and developed communication skills Target is all about teamwork

      Inconvénients

      Employees were under-appreciated ETL were disposed of after a few years or made to quit Yearly salary increase was was little (cents)

      Inconvénients

      If you do not have great availability, then this career will not suit you. You will rotating weekends off, but your schedule will based off business needs.
