Avantages
The best reasons to work for Target is that is very work/life balance. They have many ''extracurricular activities" which are heavily emphasized for employess to participate in such as Dragonboat festivals, kickball and football leagues, etc.. Opportunities within headquarters aren't difficult because they are desperately seeking more out-of-state workers.
Inconvénients
There are too many poltics behind promotion. The merits of work are appreciated, however when times of promotion arises it becomes more about whether they like you or not. The work can become pretty mundane after awhile and just talking to other people it always seems target wasn't their first choice which seems eerie.
