      Inconvénients

      If you enjoy managing upwards then you will have a successful career at Target. People skilled at this get promoted regardless of whether they have the skill set to be good managers and leaders. If you enjoy politics then you will have a successful career as well. It's not what you know and how well you do it, it's who you know.
