Avantages

Friendly co-workers, 10% discount (if you have the Red Card or cash)

Inconvénients

Pay is terrible for newer (1+ year new) Team Leaders. Raises are only 5 cents - 20 cents a year and depending on your HR, it may take up to three months to process once you "qualify" for a raise. Most Executives come in to Target brand new, and have not experienced what is like to be a Target Team Member or Team Leader. Executives also expect you to do 80 hours worth of work in 40 hours, and be in 12 places at once. WAY too much paperwork with no time to complete it because the expectation is that you are on the floor for your entire shift. Executives are also completely full of empty promises, such as pay raises, the amount of money you will make, benefits, holiday pay... It is all a bunch of lies. If you have a discussion with an Executive, make sure you get a summary in writing or just record it, otherwise they will deny everything they said.
