      Pay , Hours , co-workers are okay but team leads arent, thats about it

      Inconvénients

      no growth ability, they hire manager elsewhere rather then move up their own team members, they started micro-managing some area

      never a slow day, often asked to pick up others' shifts, cross-trained in many roles
