Avantages
In general, the people working there are great. Everyone does their job and is happy to help you with yours if you need it. The store team lead is great and he is fair.
Inconvénients
I don't like that I have to work there for a year and three months before I am even eligible for a raise. The raises aren't much either, someone I know got a 6 cent raise....
