Avantages
Best company to work for if you're in retail. You get every other weekend off. The growth potential is there as the company continues to build new stores. You definitely get to run your piece (your own) part of the business. Do your job well and you will be recognized.
Inconvénients
This is still retail...Expect long hours, promises for future promotions, lots of negative competition amongst piers...etc. New Store Team Leaders are often out of touch with day to day operation of the store. The always deman more without providing the tools and support to make processes run efficiently. All potential problems or concerns you may have are considered excuses. This is management's way of saying "I don't want to hear it, it's your fault, fix it!"
