Avantages
I loved interacting with guests on the phone, I learned how to transfer calls and maintain a call board with multiple calls at a time, multitask more quickly, I had responsibilities such as signing in and out equipment, taking messages and calls for HR and management, using walkie talkies to retrieve and put items on hold for guests.
Inconvénients
Management was unprofessional and made it difficult to stay.
