Good Corporation but Bad Team Leads - Avis employé Visual Merchandiser Target

Depending on which store you work at, the management can be inconsistent. My store manager and a couple of team leads had no idea what was going in their own departments or in the whole store. A couple of my team leads like to bully and play favorites.
