Avantages
Peers relationship are a great support when working in an environment like this. Target pays executives pretty well, especially out of college. Kaiser benefits which I enjoyed for my family.
Inconvénients
The training process lacks on all levels. The workload and work life balance is horrible. Shift work, Not a good place for someone with a family. Reporting systems are way behind all competitors, a lot of manual data entry. If senior management does not like you they will manipulate situations to coach you out, almost as if people are disposable. Culture is horrible. Benefits call center is horrible, they messed up my benefits 2 years in a row. Perks aren't the greatest. I have heard of better from other companies. Overall, your better off applying somewhere else.
